Jenifer Scott
Born in Germany, raised in New Hampshire and currently living in Los Angeles, I am a recent stay-at-home mom striving to maintain a grip on adult reality while existing in that of a 3 year old's.
I have a long and sordid background in the world of Feature Film which certainly lends itself to my writing. For the majority of the past 12 years I've lived in LA, I have worked in the Entertainment Industry as a Production Coordinator. First as a freelancer, moving nomadically from one feature film to the next, then as a staff coordinator with the Physical Production group at Universal Pictures.
As of July of 2010, I left the Entertainment biz behind to start a new career as a full time stay-at-home mother to my daughter Isabelle. Raising a toddler and running a household is actually similar to coordinating a film aside from the lack of adult conversation during the day. Both require a tremendous amount of patience, organization and strong will!! This new life transition has also given me plenty on which to reflect and to write.
